"We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ. To this end I labor, struggling with all his energy, which so powerfully works in me." Colossians 1:28-29

Привет из Владимир! (Hello From Vladimir!)

Well the team decided that we would rotate posting on the blog so you could all get a mixture of posts, so today I (Christine) will be posting! Today was the first full day of the Conference and the Lord is definitely moving. He also blessed us with sunshine today! The teachings, worship, and fellowship times have been such a sweet gathering of the Body of Christ.

Rick and Misha

Picture from Hotel Window-Christina almost fell out trying to get our attention!
Today started for us at 8:00 AM with a devotion at the Conference. Rick lead worship and then the devotion (the interpreter Misha was amazing and added to the worship and study!) and the Lord used it to set the tone for the rest of the day. We then went back to our hotel and ate breakfast and proceeded back to the conference at 10:00 AM. The rest of the day was full of studies, fellowship, and amazing food! We helped where we were needed and mingled with our Russian brothers and sisters (practicing our language skills).
Christina and Yulia

Pastor Jeff and Christina each led a session today. Pastor Jeff lead the men in a study and Christina led all of the women. (Make sure you ask the men what happened with their "jet lag" during the study LOL) The women's study was such a blessing and was truly what the Lord had in mind for our Russian sisters. Christina led us from the Corinthian Bible Study that is currently going on in Pocatello, ID. She taught from our lesson #3-1 Corinthians 1:10-17, "Unity in Our Lord Jesus Christ." We had a wonderful time of worship and diving into the word. It made me think of our Bible studies and our sweet sisters in Pocatello, I would ask that you keep our sisters in Russia in your prayers as they apply this message into their lives! (Pictures below are the Russian sisters.)
Enjoying Russian Fellowship!

We also had an opportunity to visit with a lovely group of Russians in the "dorms" that they are staying in. We had coffee, tea, candies, cookies, and wonderful fellowship. We are falling in love with the Russian people and am so blessed to have the opportunity to be here doing God's plan and expanding his kingdom! Thank you for your prayers, they are always needed.

You are in our thoughts and prayers as we fellowship and labor with the Russian believers. We send our love. God Bless-

  1. Thank you for the great pics and posts! We had our first big snow storm here in Poky this weekend and it reminded me of Russia! May the Lord fill you with new strength of each day!
